PROJECT SUMMARY/ABSTRACT Tools to determine and analyze the structures of molecular machines in motion Single particle cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) has transformed our ability to rapidly determine high resolution structures of static, structurally homogeneous macromolecular complexes.
