Background: Miami, FL remains an HIV epicenter with some geographical areas being disproportionately impacted. Manifestations of structural factors include healthcare deserts and barriers to access care (i.e., distance, transportation, finances) that thwart HIV testing and prophylaxis (PrEP) uptake.47-49 Preliminary work.
