PROJECT SUMMARY Background: Epigenetic dysregulation involving lysine methyltransferases and demethylases play a critical role in the progression of prostate cancer (PCa) and its resistance to androgen deprivation therapies (ADT) and androgen receptor signaling inhibition therapies (ARSi).
