Hybrid nanostructured systems for sustainable energy storage
Humanity will increasingly need safe, clean and always available energy. Thus, having good energy storage systems will be more and more important in the future. Efficient and sustainable rechargeable batteries are required to power portable electronic devices, new hybrid electric vehicles and to store electricity from renewable sources. The mission of HYNANOSTORE is the development of new environment-friendly systems based on that organic molecules which are used in the chemistry of life for the storage of chemical energy and its transformation in electrical energy.
